OK, in reality would you believe that us, Bill and Dorothy Fairbairn, are half way there? We both had successful careers in the Sacramento, CA area, but deep down knew there was more to life than work, traffic, taxes, rude people, smog, crime and a housing bubble about to burst.
We escaped just in time and brought some of our eclectic mix of talents to mid-America and The Split Rail Country Market. Organic products and Johnsonville Brats? Hand dipped, Missouri homemade ice cream cones and Fair Trade Coffee from Sri Lanka? Even the products are an eclectic mix for the lake area's curious, yet adventurous shoppers. Besides the usual staples, you never know what you may find here, but you know it will be the best.
Located two miles west of Stover, Missouri, on the south side of Highway 52, we're writing another chapter in our lives. Come be a part of it and share in the adventure.
